How to Add Components to a Page
Use sections to add Aggie UX components to a page using the Aggie UX page builder.
Sections
Cascade uses sections to add Aggie UX components to a page. Each section can hold one Aggie UX component.
You can add multiple sections to a page by clicking the green plus sign on a section, or remove sections by clicking the red x when visible.
How to Add a Component to a Section
- Open the desired page in the preview pane
- Click Edit
- In the desired content section, choose your desired component in the Component drop down selector
- Fill out the content fields
- Click Preview Draft
- Click Submit
- Enter version comments
- Click Submit again
Component Design Settings
Almost every Aggie UX component has design settings that will change the appearance of the component. The most common options are section styles (default, bold and elegant) and background options (none, divider, light gray, maroon and charcoal).
