Rename Assets in Cascade

Rename an asset without breaking any internal links to it within the Cascade system.

The rename action for an asset will rename the asset without breaking any internal links to it within the Cascade system.

How to Rename an Asset

  1. Open the asset in the preview pane
  2. Click More > Rename
  3. Update the name in the name field
    1. Make sure to follow required naming conventions: no spaces, special characters or capital letters.
  4. Click Rename
  5. Republish all pages with relationships to this asset
    1. Go to relationships
  6. Click Publish All
