The subfooter is an optional layer of navigation that appears on top of an existing sitewide footer; it is particularly well-suited for subunits, departments or other groups of like-content.

The subfooter is available in two variations (light mode and dark mode) so that it can match the accompanying footer. The light and dark variations are designed to complement their respective footer variations.
